Jen brings a career spanning organizational psychology, executive coaching, leadership development, transformation and education. Her work blends strategic rigor with deep understanding of people, systems and the human dynamics behind consequential decisions.

Co-Founder / Executive Partner
Jess brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience across growth, transformation, culture, talent and organizational effectiveness, including senior CHRO roles and extensive partnership with CEOs, boards and executive teams.
